1> During installation, the pressure sensitive component of the transmitter should be perpendicular to the direction of gravity. If the installation conditions are limited, the transmitter zero position should be adjusted to the standard value after installation.
2> The residual pressure can not be released, so the zero position of the sensor can not come down. The best way to eliminate this is to remove the sensor and see if the zero is normal. If the zero is normal, replace the seal and try again.
3> The output of the pressure transmitter UPB1 does not change when pressurize, but the output of the pressure transmitter suddenly changes when pressurize again, and the pressure transmitter zero can't go back when pressure relief. The cause of this phenomenon is most likely to be the pressure sensor seal.
4> Whether it meets the power supply requirements; whether there is wiring error between the power supply and the transmitter and the load device. If there is no voltage on the transmitter terminal or the polarity is reversed, the transmitter will have no voltage output signal.
5> The outer casing of the pressure sensor UPB13and transmitter should be grounded. The signal cable should not be mixed with the power cable. Strong electromagnetic interference should be avoided around the sensor and transmitter. Pressure Sensor and transmitter should be periodically verified in accordance with industry regulations during use.
6> When selecting the pressure sensor and transmitter, the user should fully understand the working conditions of the pressure measurement system, make reasonable selection according to the needs, make the system work in the best state, and reduce the project cost.
7> The pressure transmitter UPB2 is required to be checked once a week, inspected once a month. It is mainly to remove the dust inside the instrument, and carefully check the electrical components. The current value of the output should be checked frequently. The pressure transmitter is weak current inside and it must be separated from the outside strong electricity.
