No matter what the transmitter it is, there will always be some problems that cannot be avoided in use. For example, the pressure transmitter cannot avoid errors. When we select the pressure transmitter, we can consider the accuracy and linearity of the pressure transmitter, so as to avoid the error of the pressure transmitter as much as possible. There are four inevitable errors in common pressure transmitters:
1. Linearity error: This is a factor that has a small influence on the initial error of the pressure transmitter. The cause of this error is the physical non-linearity of the silicon chip, but for sensors with amplifiers, the non-linearity of the amplifier should also be included.
2. Offset error: Since the pressure sensor maintains a constant vertical offset over the entire pressure range, changes in converter evacuation and laser adjustment correction will produce offset errors.
3. Hysteresis error: In most cases, the hysteresis error of the pressure sensor is completely negligible, because the silicon chip has good mechanical rigidity. It is only necessary to consider the hysteresis error in the case of large pressure changes.
4. Sensitivity error: The size of the error is proportional to the pressure. If the sensitivity of the building is higher than the typical value, the sensitivity error will be an increasing function of pressure. If the sensitivity is lower than the typical value, then the sensitivity error will be a decreasing function of pressure. The cause of this error is the change in the evacuation process.
